"There was no other way. It wouldn’t have been just for God to wave His hand over our sin and say, ‘forgiven’. Death needed to
be experienced. Blood needed to be shed. For the forgiveness of our sins and the inauguration of the new covenant, there was no other way than Jesus’ blood."
