In this week's sermon, Brett preaches over Luke 23: 1-25. In the passage we find Jesus being brought before several officials being falsely accused of several crimes. Despite his total innocence, Jesus remains silent throughout his trial. What we learn from this text is that in his infinite love and power, Jesus the innocent gave his life so that we the guilty could find forgiveness.
