Description

This week in our series over Luke we are looking at Luke 18:9-14, the parable of the Pharisee and tax collector. Pastor Austin shows us in the text that God does not care about our moral or spiritual resume. In fact Jesus shows in this parable, the more we try to prop ourselves up or compare ourselves to others, the more we begin to ignore our own sin. The good news of the Gospel is that we don't have to rely on our own works to appease God. Jesus bought our freedom from sin on the cross.
