Ted and P-Mac go Down the Alley with Aaron "Weiner" Widerhoeft on this episode and the focus is on goalies and how to train/practice to become the best goalie you can be. We plan to have Weiner back on to tell his story, but he played at Lindenwood University (NCAA DII) and won the Mr. Goalie in HS. He currently coaches in the Prior Lake youth system, Team36 2022, and is the Director of Goalie Training at 36 Lacrosse.
