Jozlyn met Adam at Podfest and immediately thought him and his co-host, Marc, would be great guests to have on our podcast. They started their podcast, Modern Dadhood, a bit before the pandemic. Adam and Marc celebrate dads as they navigate the joys, challenges, and general insanity (CHAOS) that comes along with being a father. They explore the fatherhood experience through authentic, not often had, conversations along with a healthy dose of laughter, sincerity, vulnerability, and 80s/90s nostalgia. They have spoken with dads from all walks of life, from SNL alum Bobby Moynihan to MSNBC news anchor Craig Melvin and Sesame Street's Emilio Delgado. Adam Flaherty is a dad of two daughters and a director and editor of video content. Marc Checket is a dad of twin boys and an art director at a marketing agency.
This is a shareable podcast where a group of creatives join together to document their creative voiceover & on-camera journeys in real time.
We hope this podcast creates inspiration, stirs up a few ah-ha moments or maybe brings to the surface a feeling of "you're not alone" while navigating the creative process.
