This meditation practice is sometimes called a body scan and it is an opportunity to notice and relax your whole self. By bringing awareness to different parts of your body, you are cultivating your mind-body connection and drawing nearer to God’s spirit within. Allow yourself today to find a place you can lie down and completely let go and rest with God.
