This week I've got the fantastic Jill Glozier talking about some powerful ways to manage your emotional energy.

Maybe you need to take a breath. Or several breaths. On this weeks #wednesdaywellbeing show we will be talking about the massive benefits of the practice of Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga is a Pran Yoga, or a yoga of the breath.

And there are dozens and dozens of breathing practices and breath meditations in Kundalini Yoga that are widely used with many therapeutic applications.

There literally is a breath for every condition or illness. We will be chatting about how it all works, where we can do it and Jill will lead us in a powerful breathwork meditation so we will even get to give it a go.

I'm also Chatting with the wonderful Lindsey Banks a new and regular guest on the show.

She began her spiritual journey back in 2002. With over 15 years of reading, learning and attending a variety of spiritual workshops she's got some amazing tips on self-love and spirituality.

After her friend passed away and her marriage broke down. She went through her own dark night of the soul.

After six months of utilising the tools she had learnt in theory and putting them into practise she wrote a book. This little book is one of my favourites and my go yo or my spiritual toolbox. She'll be an inspirational guest and will also be available to answer all your spiritual and wellbeing questions.

It's going to be inspirational, packed with practical advice and techniques.
