John's first epistle was written with a series of warnings to the early church but they are as relevant to the church today. False teachers, intellectualism, denial of Christ as Savior are just a few of the warnings.
This is a good study to not only listen to but to share in a group. We need to be grounded in the faith and this teaching will help to do that.
