But starting with a positive mindset and clear intention can help you feel centered and in control, no matter what comes your way."

One of the best ways to start with intention is to take just a few moments in the morning to pause and set a clear focus. Ask yourself, 'What do I want to achieve today?' It doesn’t have to be a big goal. It could be something as simple as staying calm in a meeting, finishing a small project, or connecting with a friend or colleague."

When we set an intention, we’re actually telling our brain what to pay attention to. Instead of letting our day control us, we’re taking the driver’s seat. And when we do this regularly, it creates a sense of purpose that builds day by day.
