149 [AM61] Coping While Cooped

Learning takes having an open mind.  We can be exposed to the same messaging many times before it presents itself in a way that clicks with us.  Do you find yourself resonating with different people and stories and experiences at different times?  Are you familiar with slogans such as "Easy does it" and " Keep it Simple"?  Can you hear those slogans and have them mean different things to you based on where you are at or how someone presents them?  Learning has been such a valuable tool in my recovery and it is part of what keeps me motivated to try to stay away from betting.
Have a fantastic day Beautiful People!
