I continue to not have all the answers on this topic.
What I do know is this;
You should not be ashamed of having a gambling problem
You should not be ashamed to ask for help
It is a family problem
You need to give yourself some grace
You need to start healing from the inside out
Times are changing and I believe the stigma is lessoning. Stand up for yourself! Take care of yourself!
