Isolation is a symptom of our gambling addiction. If we don't let people in and hide behind the walls that we grow, we can continue our relationship with the bet and stay stuck in the addiction.
Take notice, honestly, and see when you are isolating. Look at why you might be doing this. Is it serving you? Is it helping you?
Community as noted in today's show is a way to surround ourselves with people and foster relationships. This is an excellent tradeoff to the bet.
