a- Write description of the love & caring you have for each family member
b- Write a description of what you think each member feels about you. Do you think these feelings are justified?
c- Do you show by words & actions the feelings you have for each member of family?
d- Are you responsive to the material needs of your family?
e- Are you responsive to their emotional needs?
f- Do you share your thoughts and feelings with your loved ones & allow them to share theirs with you? How do you do this?
h- What do you do to earn their trust?
i- Write a description that best explains your family life. Do you think each member feels as though they are a vital part of it?
j- What do you feel you can do to improve the general well being of your family?
Self-care and staying positive are two of the pillars of Bobbie's beliefs surrounding successful recovery and that will be the underlying focus each day or share.
