Thanks @samuel.verner for coming on the #podcast today to talk about his #bodybuilding journey. He placed 4th @ocbofficialpage competition in his first show at 20 years old & was trained by @addisonalfreyfit & they’re a couple too.
#mrolympia @samson__dauda also trained by his wife Sam told me during the show.
Addison and Sam are starting their own #onlinefitness website in the near future.
He currently trains @tfac_atl but will be enrolling @universityofga in the fall where he’ll take the next two years to get ready for his next bodybuilding competition.
The sky is the limit for Sam.
