We may be asking the wrong questions. Instead of asking “Where is God?” we should ask “What is God doing right now?”
God is knocking at the door (heart/lives) of believers (church) that may have disregarded him. In REV 3:20 - Jesus is saying I will come share with you where you are at – then come and share in the inheritance I have for you.
REVELATION 3:20 - 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
The holy spirit gives us keys and streamlines our lives BUT we sometimes treat him like an outsider.
- What is God doing in the world? - (What is happening in the world right now (Covid 19) has not caught God unprepared. The situation we are in has caused the systems of the world to wobble – not God.)
- What is God doing in our nation?
- What is God doing in our town?
- What is God doing through the Holy Spirit in our church?
- What is God doing in your home?
