In episode 1 I talked about some basic introductory exercises. In this episode I go over how to start a regular exercise program.

I believe starting slowly decreases the chance of injury and creating a habitual time to exercise prevents you from missing a day. Once you can do a good amount of exercise start cross training to keep it fun but to work different muscle groups.
Many people find after regular exercise they stand taller, walk better, sleep better and more. Find a work out partner and start a healthy program.
