The knee may look swollen or actually be full of fluid. The fluid can be an excess amount of the normal knee fluid or occasionally blood. After surgery the knee may look full or look swollen due to scar tissue. Here I will review some of the common causes of knee swelling and things that you may be able to do to help your symptoms.
