Many people suffer from obesity and in addition to knee pain, the added weight can lead to diabetes, sleep apnea and other health problems. In this episode I will review some ideas on how making good food choices and how the role exercise may have a positive impact on your health. I discuss my 52/25 rule of trying to lose one pound a week and working to obtain a healthy weight.
What is the plateau? That period when you are exercising and eating well but stop losing weight. I will explain why this happens.
