Can you picture a situation where you received an invitation to something? A movie, a fundraiser, a date? What are the the feelings that rise up in you when you get an invitation. It probably depends on the person who invites you or the level of intrigue for the event, but we have feelings whenever we get an invitation.
So, what about the invitations of Jesus? What about the invitations that He expects for us to give (you know, the whole Matthew 28:16-20)? Whether you're a seasoned veteran in the faith or you're new to following Jesus, this sermon is a helpful challenge for us to give the invitation when the opportunity presents itself.
