When we read scripture, this topic is kind of in our face. In the Old Testament and the New Testament, there are plenty of texts to consider. It’s messy. It feels unclear sometimes. It feels like a mismatch with our current reality.
But here we are. We need to talk about the topic of divorce. It is messy, unclear and hard to reconcile with reality.
