Pretty much every Sunday we get together. We enjoy an hour together and we go home. Most of us have been a part of other churches. For some, Lakepoint is our first church experience. We are a hodge-podge group of people who are trying to figure out how to live a spiritually vibrant life in our everyday life. If you look around on a Sunday, that's exactly what you're going to see. Very different kinds of people, all seeking the same thing.
This week's teaching on worship is an attempt to detangle what's happening when we get together and worship God on a Sunday. No matter what background you come from, we have an opportunity to bring more head or bring more heart every single week.
