During this pandemic, employers are using the economic strain to businesses to make emotionally fueled decisions that negatively directly affect employees/contractors. This week is a dilemma episode from a young lady sacked last week after revealing she is 21 weeks pregnant. She was on probation. I discuss her dilemma in full and provide advice. She asked that I share this with you all. This dilemma is a demonstration of Human Resources falling short of their duty to resource the humans they employ, moving mad because of their lack of professionalism and competence.
