It is not often that we discuss white MALE fragility. 'Kevin' like his 'Karen' counterpart operates in the same way but as many of our work constructs are white male-dominated their white fragility takes the form of aggression that seeks to dehumanise Black Women in a way that is both dangerous and harmful.
