I had the privilege to interview my ‘home-boy’ from Detroit, Michigan Kevin Hood of Anim Movement.  Kevin fought and survived some serious health issues that had him pivot into pursuing the journey of helping others Level UP their lives.  His story is relatable, inspirational and he drops so many Knowledge Nuggets that you can implement into your life as well!
