In this episode, I interview Latrice Folkes Jones the CEO of Whole Boss. Latrice is a holistic life & business coach that helps female entrepreneurs that struggle with balance build their businesses holistically with systems, while loving themselves more each day so that they have more time, energy, and consistent income.
Latrice has over 24 years of experience in Holistic Living, Entrepreneurship and Personal Development as a plant-based chef, author, restaurateur and online business owner. After suffering from a major burnout in 2015, She decided to switch to a mostly online business model.
We discuss how to build a Holistic Business and what to do if you have experienced burnout in the past.
Let’s get this convo started.

A space for Women Over 40.
The Midlife Time Traveler is for women over 40 who want more freedom, security, options, and control over what comes next. Here we have real conversations about the decisions that shape your next chapter…money, work and career reinvention, AI and productivity, time, travel, and creating a life that actually fits who you’re becoming. I’m figuring some of this out in real time too.
I share the decisions I’m making, the things I’m testing, what works, what doesn’t, and practical ways you can apply what I’m learning to your own life. You don’t have to have your entire next chapter figured out.
But you can start making intentional decisions about what you want it to look like.
New conversations daily💙
