Season #5, Episode #11

Are you up for the challenge?

This is our last Podcast for 2020 and I am so grateful as we just hit 1500 downloads whoo!!

Take time to reflect on this past year, its easy to get caught up in the madness that has happened but remember not to get caught up in stuff you have no influence over.

Plan to have a brilliant life and I want to challenge you for the next 7 days with these 5 things.

1.            Do a random act of kindness every day for the next 7 days

2.            Write down something you want for 2021, be super clear about it and then take action every day to make it happen

3.            Do something you have never done before, eat something you have never eaten

4.            Read a book you started and have not finished hard copy or audio book.

5.            Reach out to someone different for the next 7 days and remind them how great they are or simply tell them you were thinking of them or appreciate them

Don’t fall into the crazy New Years Resolution they set you up for failure, set some good realistic goals and action them success leaves clues so do what you know works or ask someone how do they achieve things. Then do that!

And never forget Resilience is accessible to everyone!
