With Eric having signed up for the Cork Marathon on the June Bank Holiday weekend, he enlists the help of Brian Keohane, who has run the Cork Marathon 4 times, to break it all down for us.
Brian (@brian_runs_) is running the marathon in memory of his friend and neighbour Aidan Flynn, who sadly passed away at the young age of 36 from cancer last June, leaving behind a wife and three kids.
