ABOUT THE GUEST:
Pastor Quinton Clay is a servant leader and Kingdom strategist who, with his wife Executive Pastor Dr.
Karen Clay, launched Pillar of Fire Church of God in Christ in St. Louis (2021). An Iowa native, he spent
11 years in Chicago honing his professional and ministry callings before relocating to St. Louis to plant
a new church. He is recognized for Bible-anchored, Spirit-led preaching that blends expository
teaching, prophetic insight, and practical application—marked by clarity, conviction, and altar-centered
calls to action. His ministerial experience began in college campus ministry and teaching Sunday
School and Youth classes across various ages, and later expanded to include service as an Associate
Minister, Chief of Staff, ordination board member, and now in 2025, as Jurisdictional Sunday School
President of the Missouri Midwest Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, under the leadership of Jurisdictional
Prelate and COGIC General Board Member Bishop Elijah H. Hankerson, III, as well as Assistant
District Superintendent in the Bishop Juan Morrison Sr. Memorial District. With nearly 20 years in
higher-education leadership—including a Vice President role—he now serves as Vice President of
Marketing & Communication for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. His professional footprint
spans 38 states and nine countries, and he has contributed on nonprofit, community, and enterprise
boards. A devoted husband, father, and evangelist, Pastor Clay ministers with faith, vision, and excellence.
