The resurrection of Jesus is the most significant event in history and the foundation of the christian faith. The Apostle Paul even goes on to say in 1 Corinthians 15 that if the dead are not raised then we are to be pitied among all people. If there is no resurrection then we have no hope and no reason to believe anything Jesus said.
