The 2017 season featured all kinds of drama - a National Anthem controversy, the death of the owner, a holdout from the star RB, the messy mid-season exit of one of the franchise's all-time great players, the Hall of Fame QB threatening to quit, and the best defensive player being shockingly paralyzed during a game. Somehow despite all of that, the Steelers put together the 3rd best record in franchise history! But unfortunately their dysfunction would finally catch up with them.
