You may have heard a million times that the recommended water intake is about 8 glasses a day. We can have clear cues as to when we are hungry but how do we know when we are thirsty?

In this episode, we will explore bodily cues of thirst and how feeling adequately hydrated can decrease emotional eating. You will also receive tips on how to increase your water intake.
