Summary: Psalm 91 is one of the most vivid and comprehensive pictures of the power and love of God, which makes it all the more interesting that this is also the Psalm that the devil used as a weapon when tempting Jesus in the desert. This is symbolic of the larger, supernatural collision all Christians find themselves in - a supernatural love, from a supernatural God. And a very real evil, that wants to separate us from that love.
