Dr. Centeno discusses three patients who were diagnosed early with craniocervical instability and treated with PICL within 3 months of severe symptom onset. All three needed a single treatment to attain excellent results. He also discusses what this tells us about the nature of this problem and how neurologic damage over time may "bake in" chronic symptoms in select patients.
