Hi Conejo Church family. I pray for you every day, that you are becoming who Jesus created you to be! Often that growth happens best in challenging times. We certainly are having those! Please pray for me and for our leaders, that God would continue to give us wisdom and courage to lead the Conejo body through this season.
This coming Sunday, July 19, our own John Barbour will be preaching from James. His topic is from James chapter 2, which is all about how our faith is shown in ACTION. This will not be a guilt trip week for all of us to go do more. Instead, John and I were talking this week about how Jesus invites each of us into friendship and relationship with Him. That close relationship results in changes not just in our thoughts but in our actions as well…
