“As we attempt to get 1% better every day what we’ll probably find is change can be hard. Generally, our good intentions are thwarted and derailed by two factors. One, we don’t have a good system of improvement in place. And two, our changes are not connected to our preferred identity- the person we which to become. Today we’ll explore the fact that lasting change must be connected to our identity, and ultimately our hearts.”
