Sydney Masters joins the show today who is a Mental Skills Coach with the Arizona Diamondbacks. We go into her background in Sports Psychology ultimately bringing her to Arizona. I have also received several questions from recent webinar attendees on advice for females who are looking to break into professional sports as performance and medical related professionals. Sydney helps me address some of those questions with her insights there, and of course we go into her integration of mental skills into the rehabilitation setting with injured baseball players.
