Identity is a powerful desire to understand who we are. It seems to dominate every part of our life. Our deep desire for identity is likely rooted in our spiritual experiences previous to mortality. We possess an identity already developed and formed long before this earth-life. That identity, our spiritual identity, is our true identity and that is the identity we should seek through personal revelation and the Spirit of the Lord.
