In Acts 3, Peter heals a lame man in the name of Jesus. Upon this act, Peter preaches to the crowd at the temple gate, explaining that the healing power came from Jesus, not from him. Born into a fallen world, each of us are crippled by sin and need Jesus to experience freedom and the fulness of life.
