I had the honor of interviewing Liz Neves, a beautiful herbalist and healer, dream guide, reiki practitioner, living and teaching in Lenapehoking (mainly Brooklyn, NY). She's also the author of Northeast Medicinal Plants: Identify Harvest and use 111 Wild Herbs for Health and Wellness (Timber Press)., as well as being a woman offering a really cool new program called INFUSE. Her classes are inspired by herbalism, earth-based spirituality, and ancient wisdom teachings. Her herbalist’s path is led by her experiences and guidance from dreams. Liz believes we learn our greatest lessons directly from the natural world, from dreams, from the plants, and from our own internal guidance.
