In this episode, Natasha (Tasha) shares her experience of becoming a mother which, in her case, includes difficulty becoming pregnant, the endurance of an extremely high-risk pregnancy while serving in the National Guard, surviving antepartum depression that turned to postpartum depression w/suicidal ideology as well as a difficult and traumatic birth. She encourages other moms to seek help early on and openly shares how crucial the support she received was to her own healing process. She is a living, breathing example of strength, endurance, and love. And, yes, she's one heck of a warrior in every single sense of the word. Time to pour yourself a cup of tea and open your heart to the Mother Love.
