We continue our episodes during the month of October with an episode devoted toListening. Listening is sometimes called the most important communication skill, and yet, it is often the communication skill that people struggle the most with actually doing. We are often so much more interested in talking to people than listening to them, but if we are all only talking, then nothing will ever get learned, and therefore, no forward movement will occur. So, todays episode is an extremely important one.
