I'm hoping that by sharing this story with you, you can relate, and get yourself out of a similar frame of mind following some of the techniques I've used in the past.
Join me today as I relate a not-so-great day. A day where I wasn't feeling my best, and maybe, one of my lowest-energy days in recent memory. I just felt unmotivated, despite loving what I do and the people, places, and things that I've surrounded myself with.
Remember, you get to choose how you react to any given situation, so you can chose to beat yourself up for having a bad day or not completing some task or goal, or you can choose to love yourself during your "bad day" so you can put it behind you and move forward towards something better.
