All of us have had to deal with stressful situations, and no matter what the stressor is, or the size of the impact it has on us, it does have an impact. The first step is becoming aware of what you are doing at those times of stress.

Join me today as I relate a recent "Aha! Moment" where I realized what I had been doing during those stressful times and how it was affecting my overall health.

Once you become aware of what you are doing, then you can take steps to change that behaviour.
