Today I was inspired by a walk for mental health and mental awareness that happened at my kid's school.
It got me to thinking about how I'd bottle up all my so-called "negative" emotions only to them have them explode out of me at a later time.
How different my life would have been if someone had just told me that it's ok to feel that way.
I can look back now and honour where I came from, so that I can honour where I'm at right now too.
