Description

Recently I became aware of a bad habit that I picked up. For the longest time, I didn't even realize I was doing it, and more importantly what it was doing to me. Maybe you can relate?

Even though I was trying to take care of myself and fill my buckets, I had created a self-harming habit almost by accident.

Today I am sharing about how I formed this habit, what it was doing to me, and how I needed to change.

Remember, it's hard to just drop a bad habit, so I've found it easier to replace that bad habit with a good one. The key is understanding why that bad habit formed in the first place, otherwise you may just end up trading one bad habit for another.
