Are you in denial?
Today I'd like to tell you a story about a woman who attended a women's empowerment camp.
She was super-excited to be surrounded by like-minded women, and ready to help others. So it came as quite a shock when it turns out that woman learned she wasn't where she thought she was, and that she still had a lot of healing to do. She had been lying to herself and didn't even realize it.
Coming into your own power, loving yourself first... these things are not an end goal, but a continuous journey
A journey where the first step is honesty.
