The disciples argued over who among them was the greatest when Jesus corrected them. Don't we do the same thing? We create our own ideas of what being great looks like and disregard the opinion of God. We step over what's important to Him and as a result, we find that something's missing from our lives. Have you been so ambitious that you lost sight of what is important? Ambition without God's vision and values, will always leave someone or something missing from our lives. But there is always hope. We can still pause, step back, and bring these things to the Lord and find fulfillment in what He has for us.
