The Golden Light is a meditation that will increase the strength of your healing power.
The energy flow is sent from the Creator through your body entering the crown and exiting from your hands, and fingers.
It does not matter what healing modality you are practicing, the energy will flow and go where it is needed.
The energy generated in your body increases the healing force within you, creating an energizing current that not only heals your body and spirit but also it relaxes the mind; awakening a sense of joy and inner power.
The Golden Light meditation is part of the teachings contained in the Tibetan Palm Healing class.
