Vajara Yogini yoga the secret yoga from Tibet.
It was practice by nuns in the monasteries in Tibet and China.
Using flowing movements, mudras and breath the energy flow was used for rejuvenation and meditation.
Tibetan nuns preserved the teachings, and thanks to Master Sunyata it was introduced to us.
From the teachings of Master Sunyata Saraswati, I introduce to you the Tibetan Vajra Yogini Yoga.
The nuns preserved the Vajra yogini yoga in the purest form, now you have the opportunity to learn a little more, and maybe start to practice to benefit your physical body and your spiritual self.
