Mike Garcia received his undergraduate degree in political science from Texas Southern and later graduated from the Police Academy. He has served in the Houston Police Department for six years. He came to work as one of Presbyterian School's HPD officers in 2017 and has enjoyed getting to help the School's faculty, staff, parents and students.
